Refund Policy

1. Plan B Academy ($67/month subscription)
Full refund within 14 days of first payment. No questions. Email eytanah@gmail.com with "refund" in subject and we process within 3 business days. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime - you'll keep access until end of paid period but won't be charged again.
2. Advisory engagements (Fractional, Cash & Profit, Team & Ops, etc.)
90-day money-back guarantee on new advisory engagements. If the first 90 days don't produce measurable change in your operating reality (revenue, margin, time savings, team performance), we refund fees paid to date. To invoke: email both founders with specific examples of where the work fell short. We've never had to honor it - but the policy is real and binding.
3. One-time intensives (Strategic Planning $2,500)
Full refund if requested within 48 hours of booking. After the diagnostic intake call begins, the intensive is non-refundable - we've allocated calendar time and started preparation work.
4. Sales System Build ($6,500)
50% refund through week 4 if either side decides the engagement isn't working. After week 4, build is non-refundable but we'll deliver whatever stage we've reached.
5. Speaking + workshops
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before event. 50% refund 14-29 days before. Non-refundable inside 14 days, but we offer one free reschedule.
6. How to request a refund
Email eytanah@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request" and the engagement reference (invoice number, subscription email, or engagement letter date). We respond within 3 business days. Refunds process to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
