The 4D Method.
Diagnose. Design. Deploy. Defend.
Most consulting engagements end with a deck and a handshake. Ours end with a business that runs better than it did when we started. The 4D Method is how we get you there - 12 months of Israeli operating discipline, not a 90-day sprint.
The 4D Method is the Israeli operating system, codified.
In 30 years, Israel turned a 9M-person desert nation into the world's second-largest startup hub - $500B+ in startup value, 200+ NASDAQ listings, more VC per capita than anywhere else.
The founders who built Wix, Monday, Fiverr, Lemonade, ironSource, Wiz, and a hundred more didn't share an IQ. They shared an operating system: diagnose ruthlessly, design implementation-ready plans, deploy with weekly cadence, defend the gains until they compound.
4D is that operating system packaged for service businesses doing $250K-$5M ARR. The principles are Israeli. The application is yours.
Diagnose
Before we propose a single change, we diagnose where the leverage actually is.
Most growth advisors start with what they want to sell you. We start with your P&L, your CRM data, your team comp structure, and your time logs. We diagnose the 1-2 highest-leverage actions in your business - not the 15 things that would be 'nice to do.'
The Diagnostic phase is dense. We pull 13 months of P&L by line item. We map your customer cohorts. We interview your senior team. We trace your sales funnel from first touch to closed-won. We benchmark your unit economics against the 216 industry playbooks we maintain.
You leave Month 1 with a written 90-day operating plan: 5-8 specific interventions ranked by impact and effort. You'll know which 2 things, if executed well, will move the most.
What you get in this phase
- 13-month P&L analysis (line by line)
- Customer cohort analysis (acquisition channel, LTV by segment)
- Pipeline diagnostic (stage-by-stage conversion)
- Team utilization and compensation audit
- Written 90-day operating plan with prioritized interventions
- KPI dashboard setup (Google Sheets or HubSpot)
Design
Strategy is the easy part. Designing the execution path is where it gets real.
Once we know what to change, we design how to change it. Not in abstract terms - in implementation-ready specifics. New pricing tier? We design the offer, the engagement letter language, the sales script, and the migration path for existing customers.
New compensation structure? We design the bands, the bonus math, the rollout communication, and the carve-outs. Every recommendation we make has an implementation document attached.
The Design phase is what separates Plan B from typical consulting. We don't hand you principles - we hand you the work product.
What you get in this phase
- New pricing tier definitions + offer architecture
- Sales process documentation (discovery → proposal → close)
- Compensation restructure (if needed)
- Marketing channel strategy + content calendar
- Hiring scorecards for any new roles
- Technology stack recommendations (no vendor allegiance)
Deploy
This is where most consulting engagements end. For us, it's where the real work starts.
We work alongside your team, weekly. Weekly KPI review (30 min). Bi-weekly strategy session (90 min). Slack access throughout. We sit in on sales calls when needed. We participate in hiring decisions. We help you have hard conversations with team members.
The Deploy phase is iterative. We launch interventions, measure response, adjust, relaunch. Some things work immediately. Some take 90 days. Some need to be killed and replaced. The discipline is in the cadence, not the certainty.
By Month 6, most of the systems we designed are operational. By Month 9, your team is running them without us. That's the goal.
What you get in this phase
- Weekly KPI review meetings
- Bi-weekly strategy + tactical sessions
- Slack access (we respond within 4 business hours)
- Sales call participation (as needed)
- Vendor negotiation support (we can run the calls or coach you)
- Quarterly board-style review (if you have a board or investors)
Defend
The hardest part of growth isn't getting there. It's holding it.
Once your business is running on the systems we built, the risk shifts. You'll be tempted to drop the discipline that got you there. New shiny tactics will compete for attention. Team members will leave. Markets will shift.
The Defend phase is when we shift from weekly cadence to monthly. We become the strategic check, not the operational arm. We help you make decisions about what new things to take on (and what to ignore), how to maintain the systems we built, and when it's time to graduate from advisory entirely.
Most of our engagements end with the founder saying some version of: 'We don't need you weekly anymore. We need you quarterly.' That's the goal. That's a successful engagement.
What you get in this phase
- Monthly strategy + KPI review
- Quarterly business deep-dive
- Hiring decisions for senior roles
- Annual planning sessions
- Slack access (less frequently used as systems mature)
- Graceful graduation: we tell you when you don't need us anymore
Clarity matters. Here's what's not in scope.
- ×We don't run ad campaigns. Strategy yes. Execution by you or your agency.
- ×We don't do bookkeeping. We read the P&L; we don't maintain it. That's your CPA or in-house accountant.
- ×We don't do legal or tax advisory. We'll flag issues; we won't advise on them. Get a real lawyer / CPA.
- ×We don't do technical implementation. CRM setup, ERP, etc. We recommend the stack; integration is by you or vendors.
- ×We don't guarantee outcomes. We control process; you control execution. We do offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on initial results.
