Ligal Frish

Ligal trained as an organizational consultant and human-resources specialist: an MSc in Management from the Recanati faculty at Tel Aviv University, and a BA in social sciences from the same university, on the dean's list. She is also a certified NLP practitioner.

Over the past decade, 2015-2026, she has built, managed, analyzed and rebuilt businesses alongside their owners - not from the outside, but inside the process, with full responsibility for the outcome. Her specialism is the financial and organizational side: cash flow, profitability, role definitions, hiring, and management systems a business can run without its founder in every decision. She has built procedure systems and complete role definitions for clients, and at her peak carried 16 client engagements at once.

At Plan B she is a partner to the product and the methodology - she builds the processes, the tools and the frameworks, and leads the use of AI for business diagnosis, reading patterns in financial data that are easy to miss by eye. She owns the deployment and defense phases of every advisory engagement: the person who makes sure the changes actually hold in the operating reality of the business.
