Background
Ligal's background is brand + product. Before Plan B Business, she built brands and product systems for service businesses in Tel Aviv. The shift to operating advisory came when she noticed that the bottleneck for most founders wasn't strategy - it was implementation. Smart founders had good plans they couldn't deploy.
She designed and built the Plan B Academy - the platform 1,200+ founders now use to learn the operating playbook self-serve. She owns deployment + defense phases of every advisory engagement. The person who makes sure the changes Eitan designs actually stick in the operating reality of the business.
