Questions founders ask before they sign.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Strategy Intensive is fully refundable within 7 days of the diagnostic call if you decide the work is not for you. Standard and Premium include a 90-day money-back guarantee on initial results: if we have not delivered measurable progress against the metrics agreed in Month 1, you can exit and we refund the most recent month.

Why do you require a 3-month or 6-month minimum?

Operating change does not happen in 30 days. Standard requires 3 months because we need 1 month to diagnose and 2 months to deploy and measure. Premium requires 6 months because team training and quarterly review cycles only show results over two full quarters. After the minimum, both tiers convert to month-to-month with 30 days notice.

What are your payment terms?

Strategy Intensive is paid in full before the diagnostic call. Standard and Premium are billed monthly in advance on the engagement start date. We accept ACH, wire, and credit card (a 3% processing fee applies to credit cards on monthly invoices over $5,000). Annual prepayment earns a 10% discount.

Why do you not take equity or a percentage of revenue?

Two reasons. First, equity advisors get rich when you exit, which biases them toward selling your business instead of running it well. Second, revenue-share creates pressure to recommend top-line moves even when bottom-line moves are smarter. Flat fees keep our incentives aligned with your durable health, not your liquidity event.

Can I move between tiers?

Yes, and most clients do. Many start with Strategy Intensive, then move to Standard. Standard clients commonly upgrade to Premium after the first quarter when scope expands. Premium clients often graduate to Standard after Month 9 when their team can run the systems we built. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Do you work with businesses outside the US or under $250K ARR?

Our 1:1 advisory is optimized for US-based service businesses between $250K and $5M ARR. If you are smaller, the Academy is the right entry point. If you are bigger, we can still work with you but expect to scope a custom engagement. We do work with select Canadian, UK, and Israeli businesses on a case-by-case basis.
