Real work products

What you actually get.

Most consulting is sold on promises: we will help you grow. Plan B Business sells work products - documents you keep, people we train, systems that run without us. This page lists 21 real deliverables our clients receive, from the same playbook built over a decade of hands-on business consulting, 2015-2026. Not theory. Field-tested, with results.

One table that tells you how many clients, units, or dollars of revenue you need each month to cover costs.

02

Daily Revenue Target

One number your sales team opens every morning: how much needs to close today to stay on track for the month.

From the field

A B2B marketing agency set a daily new-sales target the team checks at 3pm. No more discovering a bad month on the 28th.

A B2B food manufacturer spotted 4 at-risk weeks before they arrived. Collections moved up and the credit line was extended in time.

FAQ

Questions founders ask about the deliverables.

Do I get all 21 deliverables?

+

It depends on the engagement. The Situation Room produces the diagnostic report, the 90-day action plan, and the 3-5 deliverables most critical for your specific business. Fractional advisory (Standard and Premium) builds the full set progressively across the engagement. The academy gives you the templates and training to build them yourself.

What format do the deliverables come in?

+

Financial models, forecasts, and KPI reports come as spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Scripts, SOPs, and summaries come as documents or PDF. Everything is editable and yours to keep after the engagement ends.

How is this different from free templates online?

+

Free templates are empty - you do the filling. We fill them with your team, on your business, from your real numbers. The difference is between having a template and having a report that runs the week.

Can I buy a single deliverable?

+

We do not sell one-off documents to international clients. The Situation Room at $365 is the entry point and covers the highest-leverage deliverables for your situation. If you need something narrower, contact us and we will scope a custom quote.

Tell us your bottleneck. We will tell you which deliverables move it.

30 minutes on Zoom, no pitch. You leave the call knowing which of the 21 documents your business needs first, whether or not we ever work together.
