What it is

When to use it

How it works
- 1.Monday: every team member commits to 1 number they'll move this week, with deadline
- 2.Friday: review what shipped, what didn't, why
- 3.No vague commitments allowed - 'work on X' is rejected; 'ship X to 3 customers by Wednesday' is accepted
Outcome
