No. The academy is knowledge you implement yourself. The Business Score is an objective, automated map of where the business stands. The Situation Room is founder-level analysis of your specific situation. Advisory is an ongoing operating partnership. Many founders start with the score or the academy and move up when a specific problem surfaces.
The Business Score is a structured questionnaire with an automated written report - strong for general direction, and free. In the Situation Room a founder sits with you, asks, analyzes, and writes a 15-20 page diagnostic plus a 90-day action plan - strong for solving your specific situation. Which founder runs the meeting is decided per business, not in advance. Eitan calls for a short intro conversation before every diagnostic meeting, and that call decides whether Eitan or Ligal is the right fit for your challenge. Sometimes both.
Because scope varies by business. Every advisory engagement starts with a call, gets a written scope and a custom quote, and only then a signature. The academy is the only product you can start online, because it is the same product for everyone.
The academy is month to month - cancel anytime, or take the annual plan at 790 ₪. Advisory has no minimum term - cancel any time, with no penalty and no notice period. We recommend at least three months to see change, but it is a recommendation and not a commitment. Earlier wording said Standard had a 3-month minimum and Premium a 6-month minimum; both convert to month-to-month afterward with the notice terms written in your engagement letter.
Plan B Business is an Israeli firm and academy billing runs in Israeli shekels: 99 ₪ per month, roughly $33 at current rates. Your card is charged in ILS and your bank converts. Consulting engagements for US clients are quoted and billed in USD.
