Do you work with multi-location practices?
Yes. Many of our LA dental and medspa clients run 2 to 5 locations. We build location-by-location P&Ls and identify which sites carry the group and which drain it.
How quickly can we start?
Two weeks from first call. Week 1 is the $1,500 diagnostic. Week 2 you have a written plan in hand. Retainer engagements start week 3 if you choose to continue.
What if our LLC needs to convert to an S-Corp?
We flag it as part of the diagnostic if the math favors S-Corp election, but your CPA executes the conversion. We stay in the operating lane.
